We accept returns on new, unopened Ridings & Co. products, see exclusions below.* Simply return the item with a print out of your order information included within 10 days of receiving. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

*Refund & Return Exclusions: 1) Our short run limited edition offerings are final sale, no returns or refunds. Limited Edition products: Full Bloom Botanicals and other Limited Edition collaborations are all final sale. If you have questions surrounding this please contact our customer care.

We are safely able to ship orders the next day to two days. However, due to extreme weather conditions in some areas of the country, many of our carriers are experiencing delays to their standard transit time for ground shipping options.
